Hoisting
BRCC AHU Replacement
Over the past several months, our crews successfully removed and replaced four large air handling units in multiple phases. Due to their size, each unit was delivered in sections, requiring our team to carefully split, disassemble, jack and roll, and reassemble each component on the building roof. The project was completed on schedule, thanks to the expertise of our crew and strong collaboration with our trade partners.
Specialty Rigging
FMC Brine Tank
At thirty feet tall and eight feet in diameter, there was only one way to get this fiberglass tank in and the old one out of the building—through the roof. Lifted by a mobile crane, the tank slipped past surrounding mechanical services with inches to spare. Due to the complexity of the installation, the project was completed in carefully planned phases.
